Linda Dillon, President and Founder of MOON Tans, Inc., a Colorado Corporation is the one behind Orange Skye Body and Beauty Bar. “I love spas. I try to go whenever I have any free time but I have to admit I almost always booked the basic treatments like massage and body wraps – mostly because I knew what they are!” says Dillon. Spas can be intimidating even if you think you are a professional spa goer - unless you have been doing your research. Many of the treatments on a spa menu are completely foreign, and it can be uncomfortable asking what they are, because most have the perception that if you are in a spa “you really should know what the treatments are”. “What was really interesting to me in my travels to various spas around the country was that rarely are treatments explained, a personal tour offered, or even the comfort level to ask questions about a treatment you were interested in” says Dillon. “We wanted to create an environment where not only women but men alike would enjoy a casual and energized experience to the “formal” spa experience and can feel right at home” says Dillon. “You don’t have to be a pro at the spa experience, wear your evening attire or spend your whole paycheck to get pampered at Orange Skye Body and Beauty Bar” adds Dillon. “When I envisioned what I wanted Orange Skye to be, I wanted to offer much more than facials, massage and body wraps. I didn’t want the persona of a typical spa, so I decided to include Body and Beauty Bar in the name in addition to 'Spa', for that reason” states Dillon.
